It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, transport, or cause to be transported, give away, possess, use, or discharge any fireworks as defined in this Code in the unincorporated portions of San Joaquin County.
All fireworks including Safe and Sane Fireworks are illegal in all unincorporated areas of San Joaquin County, including the Mokelumne Fire District.
